Established in the State of Indiana to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the WorkOne Centers which are focused on preparation of the workforce and future workforce for jobs and careers, the Eastern Indian Regional Workforce Board is equally committed to the improvement of the economy by growing business investment and job opportunities for skilled labor in the region.

The Board works in partnership with local, state and federal elected officials, economic development officials, business development officials and education on all levels to achieve its goals.
